Welcome to Serendilang. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, app, and related services ("the Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You agree to use Serendilang only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of the content you post on Serendilang. By posting or uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your ideas, expressions, or conversations.

All trademarks, designs, code, and materials of Serendilang are owned by the Platform’s creator and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their uploaded content, including profile pictures and posts, does not infringe any copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties. Serendilang may remove any content reported or suspected to be infringing in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle your data. By using the Platform, you agree to that policy as well.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful activity. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
