7. Real-Time Communication

Serendilang uses WebRTC technology to enable real-time voice and video calls between users. During the connection process, temporary network information such as IP addresses may be exchanged between participants through the ICE and STUN process to establish a connection. This exchange is currently required for peer-to-peer connectivity.

When a call is made, Serendilang may record technical information such as the participants’ IP addresses and timestamps for security, abuse prevention, and connection quality analysis. This data is used solely for maintaining service reliability and detecting misuse, and is not shared with other users or external parties.

8. Children’s Privacy

Serendilang is not intended for users under 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country). If we become aware that a minor has registered without consent, we will delete their data promptly.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country, including in regions such as the United States or Taiwan. We take reasonable measures to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
